1. Introduction

Welcome to MapToPrint (maptoprint.com). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Seller Identity

3. Service Description

MapToPrint lets customers design custom physical map posters using a live preview, choose product options such as size, paper, and finish (unframed, wood frame, or magnetic poster hanger where available), and order printed fulfillment and delivery through our checkout to supported delivery countries listed in the catalog and FAQ.

4. Pricing & Payment

Physical printed posters are priced based on size, paper, frame selection, delivery destination, taxes, and shipping where applicable. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices, taxes, VAT, shipping, and the final total are shown before payment where applicable. Invoices or receipts may include tax information required for accounting and legal compliance.

5. Fulfillment & Delivery

MapToPrint offers physical printed posters fulfilled by third-party print, fulfillment, and shipping partners. Delivery times vary by region and are shown during checkout when available. We may use third-party print, fulfillment, shipping, payment, hosting, database, email, and analytics providers to operate the service. These providers receive only the information needed for their role.

6. Custom-Made Goods, Review Duty & Refunds

Each poster is made to your selected place, style, text, size, paper, and frame. Because the product is customized for you, change-of-mind cancellations or returns may not be available once production has started. This does not affect any rights you have for damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially non-conforming goods.

You are responsible for checking the preview, map location, spelling, style, size, paper, frame, delivery address, and contact details before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order if production has not started.

7. Intellectual Property

Map data is provided by OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License. Map tiles are provided by OpenFreeMap.

When you order a poster, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the design for personal purposes, including display, framing, and gifting. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the generated designs.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Resell or commercially distribute generated poster files.
• Use automated tools to bulk-generate or scrape content from the site.
• Attempt to circumvent payment or download restrictions.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Print Variance & Limitation of Liability

MapToPrint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where consumer law gives you non-excludable rights. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Screen colors, brightness, scale, and crop can differ from the final printed product because monitors and print materials vary. We do not treat minor, expected screen-to-print differences as defects. Clear production defects, shipping damage, incorrect items, or materially different output are handled under our Refund Policy.

10. Complaints, Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply where they give you rights that cannot be waived by contract.

Complaints about our services can be sent to [email protected]. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of MapToPrint after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
