Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Printed Posters
MapToPrint sells custom printed posters made from the design you approve at checkout. Because each poster is custom-made, we usually cannot accept change-of-mind returns after production starts. We will still help when an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, duplicated, or materially different from what was confirmed at checkout.
Please review the live preview, map location, spelling, selected size, paper, finish (unframed, frame, or hanger), delivery country, and delivery address carefully before purchasing.
When We Issue Refunds
We may offer a replacement print, refund, partial refund, or other reasonable remedy depending on the issue. Refunds or replacements may be available in the following situations:
- Production or delivery issue - your print arrives damaged, has a clear production defect, or the order cannot be fulfilled as purchased.
- Incorrect or materially different item - the item received is not the size, paper, finish, or design confirmed at checkout.
- Duplicate or accidental charge - you were charged more than once for the same poster.
- Purchase made in error - if you contact us quickly and production has not started yet.
For clear fulfillment damage or production defect, replacement is normally the first operational option where practical; refund remains available when replacement is not reasonable.
We cannot guarantee refunds for customer-selected map locations, spelling, style choices, size choices, frame choices, or delivery addresses that were confirmed at checkout unless we are able to stop the order before production begins.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number or Stripe receipt.
- The email address used during checkout.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Photos of the product and photos of the packaging where relevant.
Please report damage, defects, or incorrect items within 14 calendar days of delivery so we can investigate with the print or shipping partner.
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24–48 hours.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
